3. – Prenez un rdv en nous appelons au 06 60 72 60 43 , par sms ou par mail en fonction de vos disponibilités et des places libres  sur le planning de réservation ou réservez sur celui-ci.

4. – Vous recevrez un mail ou un sms de confirmation suite à la prise de rdv
   – You will receive an email or a sms of confirmation following the appointment
   
   
5. – Rdv sur place à l’heure de réservation .
   – Meet on site at the time of booking.
   
   
6. - Le poids maximum pour le passager est de 90 kilos

Peut on acheter ou prépayer un bon cadeau?

Durée de validité du bon cadeau?
How long is the gift certificate valid?

– Le bon étant téléchargeable gratuitement, n’a donc pas de valeur marchande et la durée de validité n’existe pas puisque le paiement se fait soit sur place ou soit via le planning de réservation
-The voucher can be downloaded free of charge, so it has no commercial value and the validity period does not exist since the payment is made either on the spot or via the reservation schedule

Comment payer le vol?
How to pay for the flight?

– Vous pouvez accompagner la personne sur place et payer le vol sur place soit mettre le règlement dans une enveloppe afin que la personne ayant reçu le cadeau nous la remette le jour du vol ou soit payer  via le planning de réservation.
– You can either accompany the person on the spot and pay for the flight or put the payment in an envelope for the person who received the gift to give it to us on the day of the flight or pay via the booking schedule.

Moyens de paiement sur place:
Espèces , carte bancaire , chèque , chèque vacances.

Means of payment on site:
Cash, credit card

En cas d’annulation, de notre part,  suite à de mauvaises prévisions de météorologique, vous recevrez soit un mail d’annulation soit un sms vous indiquant que les vols sont incertains ou annulés.
In case of cancellation, on our part, due to bad weather forecast, you will receive either a cancellation email or a text message telling you that the flights are uncertain or cancelled.
